Reading and using AnimeLady
You can read our articles and use our discovery tools without creating an account. We do not offer public registration, comments, visitor uploads or a contact form. Our custom tools do not send your quiz answers or anime preferences to our server, save them in browser storage or create a visitor profile. Their answers and results remain in the current tool's memory and clear when you restart or leave it.
Our server still receives requests needed to deliver pages, images, fonts and tool files. Searches and character-directory filters appear in page URLs, so avoid putting personal or sensitive information into them. Browser history, caches and ordinary server logs may retain requested URLs.
Hosting, logs and administration
Our hosting service may maintain access and error logs for operating, diagnosing and securing the website. These can include IP addresses, requested URLs, request times and browser or device information. We do not deliberately maintain a separate database of visitors' reading, tool answers or preferences. This does not mean that our hosting service processes no data.
The hosting service's exact log-retention period has not been confirmed. You can request further information about hosting and its data handling through our contact address. We will seek the relevant details rather than promise an unverified retention period.
WordPress uses cookies for authorized editors' sign-in and administration. Our custom discovery tools do not require cookies. The website does not currently load Google Analytics or advertising scripts. Locally served fonts and artwork do not require a third-party font or image service.
Email correspondence
Our contact links open your chosen email application. If you email us, your address, message and any information you choose to include are processed through the email systems involved. We use correspondence to respond to your request or correction; it is not submitted through or stored in a website contact-form database. Please do not send sensitive personal information. Email-provider retention settings have not been confirmed, so we cannot promise a specific deletion schedule. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of correspondence we control, subject to any applicable obligations.
Planned analytics and advertising
We plan to use Google Analytics, Google AdSense and Search Console. Analytics and advertising have not yet been enabled on this version of the website. Before enabling them, we will update this notice to describe the actual services, settings, retention and choices available, and provide consent controls where required. Search Console is a site-management service; we have not installed a visitor-tracking script for it.
When enabled on a website, Google's analytics and advertising services can receive information such as the page URL, IP address and device information and may use cookies or similar technologies. Advertising cookies can support ads based on previous visits to this or other sites. See how Google uses information from partner sites and Google's Privacy Policy. Google's ad settings provide controls for personalized advertising; these do not replace any consent choices we need to provide on our own site.

You can manage cookies, history and cached data in your browser. Articles link to external sources; visiting those sites is subject to their own privacy practices. Some infrastructure records are held by providers, and we cannot guarantee deletion of records outside our control.
